About
I'm not just studying change—I focus on the human and organizational mechanisms that make change succeed or fail: leadership, emotions, decision-making, AI adoption, strategy execution, and transformation.

Professor, D.Sc. (Tech.)
Department of Industrial Engineering & Management
Aalto University · Espoo, Finland
Natalia Vuori is a Professor at Aalto University, where she researches the human and organisational dynamics that decide whether strategic change — and now, AI adoption — actually creates value.
Her work focuses on the socio-psychological side of strategy: the cognitive, emotional and behavioural responses that shape AI adoption, digital and cultural transformation, post-merger integration and intra-organisational innovation. She runs studies inside real companies, not surveys at a distance.
Natalia is the Principal Investigator of an €1,000,000 Business Finland research programme on AI in Modern Strategy Work (2025–2028), and has been a visiting researcher at INSEAD (Singapore) and Bocconi University (Milan). An INSEAD teaching case based on her research is forthcoming with Harvard Business Publishing.
Beyond academia she works as a keynote speaker, educator and consultant — translating research into honest diagnoses and bold interventions for leadership teams. She is an accredited Five Behaviors® coach.
